Welcome to Anna Pedis mind and body wellness

Hi my name is Anna, l am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, practising for more than 15 years and have loved every minute of it. Since studying massage l have gone into many other forms of Natural Therapies including Reiki, Meditation and Yoga. My passion for all these amazing therapies lies very deep within my heart. Having struggled with severe anxiety and panic attacks in my late 20’s, these different therapies have helped me learn better ways to cope with my anxiety and difficult life situations as they arise. Today my aim to help many others facing similar struggles and to reclaim their life as l have !

Massage

Ever since l was a little girl l was very interested in massage therapy. I remember my dad always asking me to step on his back or my mum to massage her aching feet.

Reiki

My first Reiki session totally blew me away. I couldn’t believe how relaxed, refreshed and more focused l was feeling, which lasted for days afterwards.

Meditation

Meditation was one of those practices l would stop and start at different times in my life. l had tried all sorts of meditations styles such as stillness meditation.

Infant Massage

I attained my qualifications as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the Infant Massage Service in 2003. In my classes you will learn to soothe your baby, relieve tummy upsets, read and respond to cues. Massage is beneficial to children of any age however

Yoga

My yoga journey began many years ago while struggling with severe anxiety and panic attacks. I had become confined to my home for 6 months, so leaving my home on that day for my very first yoga class was horrifying but that’s when my life changed
